1. Our commitment
We want everyone who runs a business, and every customer of theirs, to be able to use Tomonagi. We design against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA: keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, sufficient color contrast, text alternatives for meaningful images, labels on form fields, and layouts that work with browser zoom and screen readers.
2. Where we are
Core flows — signing in, the boards, forms, the customer portal, booking, signing, and payment pages — are built with these guidelines and tested with keyboard navigation and a screen reader. Some newer or more visual features (the PDF editor, drag-and-drop layouts, charts) do not yet meet every criterion, and we are working through them.
3. Pages our customers publish
Businesses can customize forms, portals, and pages with their own colors and images. We provide accessible defaults, but the colors and content a business chooses are the business's responsibility.
4. Tell us
If you hit something you cannot use, email jbyron@tomonagi.com with the page and what got in the way. We will respond within two business days and prioritize a fix.
