AI Features Notice

1. What the AI does
Tomonagi includes an assistant that can draft emails and texts, summarize a lead's history, answer questions from your knowledge base, propose automations, and suggest estimate line items from your own rate card. Every one of these produces a draft or a suggestion for a person to review.
2. What it never does on its own
The AI does not send a message, change a price, create a quote a customer can see, move money, or delete a record without a person clicking to approve it. Automations the assistant proposes are created in a draft state and run only after a human enables them. Estimate suggestions become a quote only after a human edits and accepts them.
3. What data it sees
When you use an AI feature, the relevant content from your workspace (the lead, the thread, the knowledge-base articles, the rate card) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate the response, and the response is returned to you. Under our agreement that content is not used to train the provider's models. We do not send your whole workspace; only what the feature needs for that request.
4. Accuracy
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently misleading, and it is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Read it before you rely on it or send it. You are responsible for anything you send or publish that began as an AI draft.
5. Fairness and automated decisions
The Service does not use AI to make decisions about people that have legal or similarly significant effects — it does not score, approve, deny, or rank individuals. If we add a feature that could, we will describe it here first and give you the ability to turn it off.
6. Turning it off
The AI Assistant is a module: a workspace owner can turn it off from the Modules page, and AI suggestions inside other modules stop with it. Questions: jbyron@tomonagi.com.
