Beta & Early-Access Terms

Effective: Last updated 2026-09-19 · Version: 2026-09-19

1. What beta means here

A feature labeled beta, preview, early access, or experimental is one we are still finishing. It may change without notice, may have bugs, may be slower, and may be withdrawn. We ship it early because feedback from real use makes it better faster.

2. Your choice

Beta features are opt-in, either by a toggle in your workspace or by accepting an invitation. You can stop using one at any time. Data you create with a beta feature stays yours and is exportable; if a beta feature is withdrawn we will tell you how to get that data out.

3. Feedback

Anything you tell us about a beta feature — bugs, ideas, what you wish it did — you give us freely to use without restriction or credit. You keep any rights in your own data and content.

4. No warranty, limited liability

Beta features are provided as-is, without the availability targets in the Support & Availability Policy, and our liability for a beta feature is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the portion of your fees attributable to the month in which the claim arose. Do not rely on a beta feature for anything you cannot afford to have interrupted.
