Customer Portal, Forms, Booking & Documents Terms
Effective: Last updated 2026-09-19 · Version: 2026-09-19
1. Who is who
The page you reached was published by a business (the "Business") using software made by Javill Byron, doing business as Tomonagi ("Tomonagi", "we"). Your relationship — the service you are buying, the appointment you are booking, the document you are signing — is with the Business. We provide the page and store what you enter on the Business's behalf. The Business's own terms and privacy notice govern that relationship; these terms cover only your use of the page itself.
2. Links are keys
Portal, document, signing, booking, and payment pages open from a link that contains a private token. Anyone with the link can open the page, so do not forward it. If you think a link has been shared without your permission, tell the Business; it can revoke the link and send a new one. Some links expire; if yours has, ask the Business for a fresh one.
3. What you enter
Information you submit on a form, in a portal, or on a booking page goes to the Business and is stored in its workspace. Give accurate information and only information you are entitled to share. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful; the Business and we may remove it.
4. Text messages and email
If you tick a box agreeing to receive text messages from the Business, you consent to receive automated texts from it at the number you provided. Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Emails from the Business carry an unsubscribe link.
5. Electronic signatures
When you sign a document on a signing page, you are signing electronically, and that signature is intended to be as binding as ink. Before you sign, the page shows the document in full and the Electronic Signature Disclosure at /legal/esign, which explains what is recorded and how to get a copy. If you would rather sign on paper, tell the Business before signing.
6. Payments
When you pay through a payment page, the money goes to the Business through the payment processor the Business chose (Stripe, Square, Clover, or PayPal). The Business is the merchant of record; the charge on your statement is from the Business; refunds and disputes are handled by the Business under its own policy. Tomonagi never sees or stores your full card number. See the Payment Terms at /legal/payments.
7. Your privacy
The Business controls your record and decides how it is used; ask the Business first about access, correction, or deletion. Our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy explains what we do as the Business's service provider, and our Do Not Sell page explains the rights you may have under your state's law and how we help the Business honor them.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep these pages available but do not promise they will always be. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable to you for the Business's goods, services, pricing, conduct, or content, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the page itself is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.
9. Contact
For anything about your appointment, document, invoice, or the Business's service, contact the Business — its details are on the page. For a problem with the page itself, or to report abuse of the platform: jbyron@tomonagi.com, Javill Byron, doing business as Tomonagi, 16300 SW 137 Ave, Unit 130, Miami, FL 33177, USA.
