Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective: Last updated 2026-09-19 · Version: 2026-09-19

1. We do not sell or share

Javill Byron, doing business as Tomonagi does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws including the Florida Digital Bill of Rights. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies. There is, at present, nothing to opt out of — but you may still record a request and it will be honored if that ever changes.

2. Your other rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a portable copy, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. If you are a customer of a business that uses Tomonagi, that business is the controller of your record and your request should go to it first; we will help it respond.

3. How to make a request

Email jbyron@tomonagi.com with the subject "Privacy request", the right you are exercising, and enough information for us to find and verify your record (the email address or phone number you used). We will verify the request, respond within the time the applicable law allows (generally 45 days), and tell you if we need longer. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof of the authorization.

4. Appeals

If we decline a request, we will say why. You may appeal by replying to our response; a different person will review the appeal and answer within the time the law allows. If you are still not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.
