Electronic Signature Disclosure
Effective: Last updated 2026-09-19 · Version: 2026-09-19
1. Your consent to do this electronically
By signing a document on a Tomonagi signing page, you agree that the document, this disclosure, and any related notices may be provided to you electronically, and that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act as enacted in your state.
2. What is recorded
When you sign we record the image of your signature or the name you typed, the date and time, information about the browser and device you used, and a cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of the document as it was when you signed, so that any later change to the document can be detected. This record is stored with the Business's copy of the document.
3. Getting a copy
You can download the signed document from the signing page immediately after signing. The Business can send you a copy at any time afterwards, and you may ask it for a paper copy; it may charge a reasonable fee for printing and postage.
4. What you need
A current web browser with JavaScript enabled, an internet connection, an email address or mobile number the Business can reach you at, and the ability to download and open PDF files. If these requirements change in a way that could affect your access, the Business will tell you.
5. Signing on paper instead, or changing your mind
You are not required to sign electronically. If you would prefer paper, tell the Business before you sign and it will make arrangements. If you have already agreed to electronic delivery and want to withdraw that consent for future documents, tell the Business in writing; withdrawal does not undo documents you already signed.
6. Keeping your details current
Tell the Business if your email address or phone number changes so you keep receiving documents. Questions about the signing process itself: jbyron@tomonagi.com.
