List of Sub-processors

1. Infrastructure

• Supabase (United States) — primary database, authentication, and file storage for everything in your workspace.
• Render (United States) — application hosting, background jobs, and scheduled tasks.

2. Communications

• Resend (United States) — outbound transactional and customer email.
• Postmark (United States) — inbound email processing and some outbound email.
• Twilio (United States) — text messaging, when a business sends SMS through a Tomonagi-managed number. A business may instead connect its own account with Twilio, Plivo, or Pingram, in which case that provider processes messages under the business's own agreement.
• Google (United States) — Gmail and Google Calendar, only for workspaces that connect a Google account; processed under Google's terms for that account.

3. Payments

• PayPal (United States) — subscription billing for Tomonagi plans.
• Stripe, Square, Clover, and PayPal (United States) — payment processing for a business's own customers, only where the business connects its own merchant account. The business is the merchant of record; we never hold card numbers.

4. Artificial intelligence

• Anthropic (United States) — powers AI-assisted features such as drafting, summarizing, answering from your knowledge base, and estimate suggestions. Inputs are sent only when you use an AI feature, and are not used to train the provider's models under our agreement.

5. Changes

We update this page before a new sub-processor begins processing customer data. Business customers may object under section 4 of the Data Processing Addendum. Questions: jbyron@tomonagi.com.
